All orders ship from Portland, Oregon USA. All orders are processed for packaging and shipping the same day or next day after being placed. Orders will be delivered within 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.     Return Policy

    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. We will only refund or exchange if there is a mistake on our part due to wrong size or damage. If the item is damaged, we ask you to provide us an email with an image of the defect. Please write in the subject line of the email “Defect/Return” and contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order at Syckcaps@gmail.com
