Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out due to limited quantities. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located below in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer. 

**** Please Note: Pictures of the hats up for pre-order are the first sample from our manufacture they are not the final finished product. If you see some of the embroidery look off or not centered correctly they will be changed in the final bulk order. Any major/minor design changes will be communicated to the customer through email prior before receiving their order.  

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
  • There are no exchanges allowed on pre-ordered items.
  • There are no cancellations or refunds allowed on pre-ordered items.

Once I place my pre-order how long will it take to arrive?

From the day you place your Pre-order the time frame from when our manufacture ships our bulk order to our warehouse will be 5-8 weeks.

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others. 

  • Pre-orders typically take 7-8 weeks to deliver to you. Please note that this is an estimated time frame if we get the item in sooner, we will ship them to you sooner.
  • Sometimes delays happen. Suppose an order takes more than 8-10 weeks to reach you. It could be because of an out-of-stock fabric, a really high-demand type of style of hat, or something delayed in the manufacturing side of things regardless the reason we will be updating and informing the customer of the delay we will be as communicative as possible to you that's our promise.  
  • All pre-order items have a ship date window on the pictures when you can most likely get your item shipped out to you.
  • Orders can not be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once a Pre-Order is place because a customer did not like the location in which the pre-order item was made.
  • Pre-orders can only be exchanged if the item has a defect or the size is way off. If this happens, we can only exchange the item for the same or a similar item from the website. However, there will not be any refunds for the defective item from the pre-order.
